MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS
Programs established to build a broad base of emerging business enterprises capable of high quality performance at competitive prices. By increasing the volume of work, the emerging business enterprises are capable of winning larger contracts, performing profitably, and establishing long-term financial stability.
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FAIR
The Council provides the opportunity for MBE's to meet private and public sector procurement personnel during this annual event.
RFP/BID DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
Bids and Specs are received in the Council Office from Construction Companies, Universities and the State of Missouri, which are distributed to MBE's for review and response.
COUNCIL REFERRALS
Members and Non-Members request the Council's assistance in locating MBE's with specific skills. The Council staff provides a referral service and makes arrangements to bring the MBE and Corporation together.
ADVOCACY AND PARTNERING EVENTS (networking)
The Council provides opportunities for MBE's to meet private and public sector procurement personnel through planned events scheduled throughout the year. |
