Welcome to the St. Louis MSDC Billion $ Impact program. This program is intended to identify and track increased minority spend by majority-owned companies, by institutions (like universities and hospitals), and by government agencies. Our goal is to increase spend with local minority-owned businesses (MBE only, not DBE, and not WBE firms) by $1Billion over three years and to increase local employment by 2,000 employees in this time period. Your participation in the program will help us measure the St. Louis MSDC efforts towards meeting these goals.

So, if you are an MBE, the first step is to register for the Billion $ Impact program, agree to participate and provide us with some baseline information. The second step is for you to regularly use our on-line tracker, identifying what new contracts you have received by majority-owned organizations during the program period (July 1, 2011 through July 1, 2014).
