Your Re-certification Letter is in the Mail

Check your mailbox. Re-certification letters were mailed on November 19, a little sooner this year since the earlier national deadline is being enforced. There is no grace period. You must recertify by January 31 or you will have to complete a new certification package. Please, please, please send in your re-cert application by January 31 . Better yet, do it right away so you won't have to worry about it during the holiday rush.

Benefits of SLMBC Certification

For 31 years, the St. Louis Minority Business Council has been committed to the growth and expansion of certified, minority-owned businesses. We offer comprehensive resources and tools designed to help you obtain and keep the big contracts you seek.

We hope you will continue to take advantage of all the Council has to offer by re-certifying your business now for 2005. Your exclusive benefits include:

. The opportunity to showcase your products and services to corporate buyers at the annual Business Opportunity Fair

. Educational programs such as the new Supply Chain Management Certificate offered through St. Louis University

. Specialized workshops, seminars, mentoring and networking opportunities

. Identification of funding sources and much more!

Plus, you'll have the opportunity to rub shoulders with buyers and decision-makers at social events such as the Golf Tournament, Rail Cruise and Holiday Reception. No other MBE certification program offers these kinds of programs and benefits.

Basic re-certification is only $200. Or you can become an MBE Sponsor and enjoy additional benefits and recognition for your company. Please look for your re-certification package in the mail, and return the application right away. You owe it to yourself to begin the New Year with every advantage possible.
